PRICE LIST & TARIFF

The following rates are per room per night, including full Italian Breakfast or Continental if requested.

HIGH SEASON from 01/07 to 05/09

• double room single booking € 45,00
• double room € 80,00
• flat 2+2:  130 € per day or 850 € per week

MEDIUM SEASON from 14/05 to 30/06 and from 06/09 to 24/09

• double room single booking € 40,00
• double room € 70,00
• flat 2+2: 110 € per day or 700 € per week

LOW SEASON from 19/03 to 13/05 and from 25/09 to 29/10

• double room single booking € 35,00
• double room € 65,00
• flat 2+2 : 100 € per day or 650 € per week

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

• Check-in begins from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. You are welcome to join us earlier, please notify us with your time of arrival.
  
• On the day of departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 10.30 am.

PAYMENT

• To secure a reservation we required a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price.
  Note: NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
• Payment can be made by cheque (in Euro) and credit cards
